Key Points

  1. All fours and position the roller vertically near to the inner thigh
  2. Inside of the leg rests on the Foam Roller
  3. Start near the groin and just “give in” or melt  into the roller
  4. Gradually move down towards the knee
  5. On a Trigger Point – straighten the leg which sits on the Roller hold for 5 seconds, then relax
  6. Don’t worry if you feel cross fractioning/fibering
  7. Roll back up the groin and change sides
